this can be cheated. computers rely 100% on what is fed them (trash-in-trash-out) and programmers are people that feed formulas, data, and programs to the computers. that could be a reason why a problem was created by comelec so that the programmers will come from them, then, presto, cheat. I can show you a simple flowchart of how cheating can be made on the program. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
